Adapting to Diverse Science Culture for the Development

We can live in this world if we have food, shelter and clothes but this are not enough for us. We want moe to have a better living for our enjoyment and happiness. We want also to do our task more efficient and easier. That's why the term science was created.

In the past, many philosophers give and take their ideas to each other until it was discovered and invented their thoughts. Then many years passed, they improve this discoveries and inventions by the people on that generation. Now, this inventions are already use today. They gave us pleasure and happiness. They can also make our task more efficient and easier. That are the benefits that science can give.

On the other hand, science have also disadvantages to us and to the nature. So as a student how can I help this problem? I must study the bad and good thing that science can give. I must do something for this problem. The simplest way that I can do are to care the nature like planting trees, seperating the bio and non-biodegradable, and recycling the things that can be recycled. Many things that I can do but I can't do all this thing if I don't accompaniment. If we help each other the world might be progress.

Always remember that everything have a limitation and it gives us bad effects. Remember also that unity is the key to be success and the development of science culture.

Filipino Dialect from Baler to the Entire Philippines

The Philippines composed of ethnic groups that having their own dialect. Over one hundred dialect have in the country. Some of them are the Ilocano, Bicolano, Ilonggo, Pangasinense, Cebuano, Waray, Pampanggo, Tagalog, and other ethnic dialects. During the time of Commonwealth, President Manuel L. Quezon noticed that in every place of the country he visit he Found out that when he speak Filipino they can't understand him. Rather than to speak he decided to speak Filipino so that they understand him.After this happening, he declare the Filipino Language as the NAtional Language of the Philippines in 1898. This was first use by the people in Baler, Quezon. He ordered that in every school in the Philippines they must taught the Filipino Language as one of the major subject of the students. After many years passed, Filipino Language became popular to us. We already know how to speak filipino and we can also communicate to other ethnic groups by using the National Language. Now this language is the key of understanding, sharing our thought and ideas, and most of all the progression of our country. Remember that having a National Language is very important because this is the one who can unite each other.

In the 1st quarter that I have study, many discoveries are found in this subject. I met all the possibilities that may discuss in this quarter. Like the meaning of "Internet" with its history where the name Internet come from? I learned that Internet is the first name is "ARPANET" when a year passed they call them internet. I learned also that internet is important to every individual because we can easily send our message to a far person.


But this is not easily to study because many step that i must be learn about this computer.So, this is my problem. I know some step of a computer but I I'm being confuse with this.

Because of our teachers I easily learn the how to use this device. I learn a lot from them because they discuss very well the subject. During the discussion I listen very well to understand the topic.

I guess I learn more from them until fourth grading about this subject.

SPEAK TO ME IN FILIPINO OR ENGLISH

One of the most important thing that we had today are the languages that we use to communicate to each other. Most of the country they use the universal language known as "ENGLISH" usually spoken by the Americans. Now this are used by every businessman to trade their product to another country. We know that having languages are the key to a progressive country.

In the Philippines their national language is the "TAGALOG" that usually spoken by the Pilipino. Except this there are more languages used by the Pilipino's and this are the Ilocano spoken by the people of ilocos, Pangalatoc by the Provice of Pangasinan, Bicolano by the Province of Bicol, Cebuano by the Province of Cebu and others. Although they have many language to use its more benefit for them.

Nutrition Month

In the month of July, Ilocos Sur National High School(ISNHS) celebrated the Nutrition Month. This was held by Technology and Livelyhood Education (T.L.E) Department. The purpose of this celebration is to express the importance of having a healthy body. We also know that healthy lifestyle is very important to us. But is meant of having healthy lifestyle? So, let I give you an idea about this.
Healthy Lifestyle is the act on how we protect or prevent diseases. For example,washing our hands properly, have a regular exercise, balance diet, and etc. If we do this everyday we cannot easily influence any diseases like colds, cough, flu, and other diseases that may cause illnesses. So, let also discuss about the importance in eating nutritional foods.
Nutritional foods are the foods that full of nutrients like the go,grow and glow foods. Unlike the food we eat now like junk foods, ready made foods and other preservative foods that kill us softly.
The T.L.E Department decided to have a nutritional month in our school. They planned to have any contest about this nutrional month celebration like nutri-jinggle, foodfest, poster slogan, and cookfest. Usually they do is to let the students vending their native delicacies in every year level. Then after this is the poster slogan contest. The student participants draw any kind of nutricious food and a human have a healthy body then they mke aslogan to express what they drawn. The next is the cook fest. This cookfest are the making of a unique food that usually done by the student participants. They cook a unique food having a nutritious ingredients. After this is the nutri-jinggle. In this contest many students getting for their composition having a passage about "Wastong Nutrition Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan. Almost twenty participants join this contest and only one can won this contest.
